Join the caroling party
If u would like to sing in the caroling party -
Auditions will be held by Denis and Quentin on the 2nd and 9th Nov (Sunday) in the music room at 12 noon after the service. Practices will be held on the following Sundays from 12 -1 pm
Those who are interested should be committed to attend at least 4 practices leading up to the actual performance dates. No one is too young or too old to participate.

Well, what more can I say? Today’s was GREAT!!!
First off, praise God that the enitre launch came together in a smooth manner and everything turned out just as planned! I thank God for being in every aspect of this launch; Be it in the formation of our Blaze Inc. identity, to the planning of the launch service, and even in the creation of this blog. None of us could have come up with all of this so well (and within the time constraints) if it was not for His strength, guidance and inspiration. Indeed, God deserves all the praise and glory!
Secondly, MEGA-kudos and many thanks to everyone who worked behind-the-scenes for this launch! It has been a tough 2 months of meetings, prayers and work to get everything prepared. All the time (very late nights for some) and effort has paid off and it was evident in today’s service. Good job people, we all deserve a loud round of applause and a big pat on the back!
And thirdly, to everyone who attended the launch: we hope that you have enjoyed it as much as the leaders have had in planning and seeing all of it come into reality! We also hope that you have been touched spiritually and ready to start afresh on this new chapter of our youths’ journey.
Ok, I don’t want to sound to long winded… Onto the announcement for GAMES SUNDAY next week (31 Aug 08): Please bring along an extra shirt (and pants if you think neccesary). And be prepared to have lots of fun!

Our youths came together to play as a band at Live Worship Workshop this evening, some of whom were playing life in front of an audience for the first time. It was simply awesome! And I’m not saying this just because I know them……..they really shone through tonight!
(Sorry for the crap video-taking skills…)
Let’s continue to uphold them in prayer as they hone their musical skills and gel as a band. May we continue to be blessed with youths who have a burning passion for serving God in excellence!
